The Role

The Sales Director will lead a desk-based B2B sales operation focused on driving new business, cross-sell and upsell revenue growth across the German market. Managing a team of sales consultants, the role will involve leading day-to-day sales activity, improving sales execution and driving performance against defined commercial objectives within a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the Sales Director will oversee pipeline management, forecasting, lead conversion and overall sales process effectiveness. The role will also involve supporting marketing-led lead generation activity, improving sales discipline and embedding consistent performance standards across the wider sales function.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience leading inside sales or desk-based B2B sales teams within telecommunications, connectivity or related commercial environments. Strong leadership capability, commercial awareness and experience driving performance within target-led sales operations will be essential, together with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing sales teams within a growth-focused business environment.
